Travel Details Matter

Mountain travel can be influenced by weather, road conditions and local circumstances. We aim to keep travelers informed while making practical adjustments when required.

Transportation arrangements depend on the services included in the confirmed itinerary. Vehicle type, route and travel arrangements may vary according to destination, availability, group requirements and local conditions.

Travel through mountainous areas may take longer than estimated. Journey times and routes can be affected by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic
  • Road conditions
  • Landslides
  • Government restrictions
  • Local circumstances

Such circumstances may require changes to the planned route or schedule for safety and operational reasons.

Travel times shown in an itinerary are generally estimates and may change because of weather, traffic, road conditions, local restrictions or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

TripToMount may adjust the timing or sequence of activities when necessary to accommodate changing travel conditions.

Sightseeing services, destinations and activities are based on the itinerary or travel package confirmed for the customer.

Customers should review the confirmed itinerary to understand which sightseeing activities, entrance fees, transportation and other services are included or excluded.

Mountain travel conditions can change quickly. Reasonable itinerary adjustments may be necessary to support safe and practical travel.
